Backup Port Role in Classic Spanning Tree?

In Classic STP (802.1d), it is said there are only 3 port roles. Root, Designated & Alternate.. At least most of the documents say so. Backup port role is introduced in RSTP which we can see when we connect 2 or more links to a same network segment eg:- using a hub..

In theory E0/2 of SW-A should be the Backup port in RSTP because of the lower port priority..

Let's see what will be the port role for the same scenario of Classic STP..

I am using a Cisco 2960 here..

Issuing the command show spanning-tree

Well, what I can see is a Backup port just like in RSTP..

Issuing the command show spanning-tree detail

This means not only in RSTP, it is there in Classic STP.. though it is not taught in common.. May be it was not there in the original protocol, but somehow it is there now..
